Artos Warranty and Return Policy

Return Policy:

There is a restocking fee on all products that are returned or exchanged for any reason apart from product damage, defect, or shipping error. An RGA# does not automatically mean your account will be credited.

Please inspect the product before installing as credit can not be issued for any installed products. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.No returns will be accepted after 12 months of purchase date. The product must be returned in original packaging and packed correctly for credit to be issued.
